Hitify provides a platform for creating personalized music cards compatible with the Hitster board game. Users can import songs from Spotify playlists and generate printable cards with QR codes.

By using Hitify, you agree to: • Use the service only for personal, non-commercial use • Not upload content that infringes on copyrights • Not misuse or disrupt the service • Provide accurate information

Hitify is not affiliated with Hitster or Jumbo. Hitster is a registered trademark of Jumbo Diset, S.L. Music and artist information belong to the respective rights holders. We do not claim ownership of music content.

The Spotify integration is subject to Spotify's Terms of Service. You are responsible for complying with Spotify's terms when using our service.

Hitify offers both free and paid features. Free users can create packs with up to 100 songs. Paid packs offer more songs and additional features. Prices and limits may change.

Payments are processed through secure payment services. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after downloading a pack, unless there are technical issues.

Hitify is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or damages resulting from the use of our service. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the website or email.
